During my recent stay at this hotel, I noticed a mix of positives and negatives. On the upside, the staff were exceptional, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay, and the views were breathtaking. However, the rooms felt somewhat dated, which detracted from the experience, particularly in the bathroom where there was a persistent odor. Plus, the need to rush in the morning to claim a good spot by the pool was less than ideal.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Maui was truly wonderful! The beachfront views were stunning and the pool area was massive and clean, perfect for both relaxation and family fun. The staff made every effort to make us feel welcomed and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. On the downside, while the suite was great, I did notice that some of the regular rooms could use a little updating. Overall, we found our visit to be memorable and great value for a family vacation.
